Winemaker : Nicolas Maillart, a ninth-generation vigneron rooted in the Montagne de Reims, crafts this Premier Cru edition by blending grapes from Écueil, Bouzy, and Villers-Allerand—bringing out the pure character of his terroir.

Grape : 54% Pinot Noir, 26% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier

Vinification: a Pinot Noir–driven assemblage, harmonized by reserve wines aged in oak barrels. Bottles are cellared for several years before release. This cuvée shows a golden robe with fine bubbles, expressive fruit and toasted aromas, and a vinous yet fresh palate that lingers with elegant length.
